Reiki Wellness

Relaxation • Grounding • Mind-Body Connection

Reiki is a Japanese energy-based wellness practice that originated in the early 1900s through Mikao Usui. The word Reiki comes from two Japanese words: “Rei,” meaning universal, and “Ki,” meaning life energy

.

Reiki is a complementary wellness practice that focuses on relaxation, mindfulness, and creating space to reconnect with yourself. Sessions offer an opportunity to slow down, rest, and support a greater sense of calm, balance, and body awareness.
