What are your fees?

My rate is $135 CAD per hour. There is no HST charge.

Are your services covered by insurance plans?

I am a Registered Social Worker therefore you can check with your insurance plan to ensure social work coverage is included. I provide official receipts to your email which can be submitted directly to your insurance plan. My services can also be included as a medical expense on your income tax. Please ask your accountant for more details.

Payment is E-transfer only at this time

How do I know if you are the right therapist for me?

You can tell when someone feels safe and comfortable. It's important to trust this feeling during therapy. If you'd like, you can schedule a free 30-minute chat with me to ask questions and see how we can work together.

What services do you offer?

I provide virtual individual therapy to those in Ontario and Manitoba,  that facilitates a process to better understand yourself and navigate your emotions, thoughts, feelings, experiences and relationships.

What happens during a session? 

During our session, we work together to determine the most effective approach for you. My approach is strength-based, client centered, and tailored to your specific needs. I strive to be authentic, compassionate and down to earth in my approach to therapy.

What is your confidentiality policy?

I follow the PHIPA guidelines which is our Healthcare Act. Everything that we discuss, including the fact that you are in therapy, remains confidential between you and I. There are some limits to confidentiality. Both the confidentiality agreement and its limits will be shared with you when we begin together.
