What are your fees?​
My rate is $150 CAD per hour. There is no HST charge.
Are your services covered by insurance plans?
As a Registered Social Worker, you can check with your insurance plan to ensure social work coverage is included. I provide official receipts via email, which can be submitted directly to your insurance plan. Additionally, my services may qualify as a medical expense on your income tax; please consult your accountant for more details.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment is accepted via E-transfer only at this time.
How do I know if you’re the right therapist for me?
You often sense when someone makes you feel safe, understood, and comfortable — trust that feeling. To help you decide, we can start with a free 30-minute chat, where you can ask questions and see if we’re a good fit.

What services do you offer?
I provide virtual individual therapy for clients in Ontario and Manitoba, facilitating a process to better understand yourself and navigate your emotions, thoughts, feelings, experiences, and relationships.
What issues can you help with?
I can assist with:Anxiety disorders,Addictions, Depression, Trauma disorders/reactions, Relationship conflict, Life transitions and a sense of internal conflict or “stuckness”.
What is your confidentiality policy?
I adhere to PHIPA guidelines, which govern our healthcare practices. Everything we discuss, including the fact that you are in therapy, remains confidential between us. There are limits to confidentiality, which will be shared with you when we begin our work together.
What happens during a session?
Every session is designed around you and your needs. We start by checking in — how you’ve been feeling, what’s coming up, and any pressing concerns.
From there, we work together to explore your thoughts, feelings, experiences, and patterns.I use a flexible, client-centered approach, which means I adjust the methods to fit you. This can include talking through challenges, exploring your emotions, noticing how your body responds to stress, and identifying patterns that may be keeping you stuck.
Sessions are strength-based, so we focus not only on difficulties but also on your resilience, skills, and resources.My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, safe, and supported. I aim to be authentic, compassionate, and down-to-earth, while helping you gain clarity, new perspectives, and tools to navigate life more effectively.
Each session may feel different depending on your needs — some sessions are reflective and quiet, some more interactive, and others may focus on practical strategies or coping skills. You get to guide the pace and focus of each session, and I’ll support you every step of the way.
