Anxiety & Overwhelm

You may feel on edge, restless, or constantly “on.” Your thoughts might race, your body may feel tense, or it may feel hard to fully relax—even when things seem okay on the outside.

In therapy, we gently slow things down. We listen to what your nervous system is communicating and work together to create a sense of safety in your body. Over time, you can learn to regulate anxiety, build resilience, and feel more grounded in your day-to-day life.

Trauma & Healing

Trauma can live in the body long after the event has passed. You may notice heightened alertness, emotional numbness, difficulty trusting, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you.

Our work together begins with safety, pacing, and compassion. Healing does not require reliving the past—it starts with supporting your nervous system and reconnecting with yourself in the present moment. From there, we can gently go deeper, exploring and releasing what no longer serves you.

Relationships & Boundaries

You may find yourself over-giving, people-pleasing, or feeling responsible for others’ emotions. Setting boundaries might bring guilt, fear, or worry about being rejected or misunderstood.

In therapy, we explore where these patterns began and how to gently shift them. Together, we work toward relationships that feel mutual, safe, and aligned with who you are—not who you feel you need to be.

Deeper Self-Understanding

You may feel a quiet pull to understand yourself more deeply—even if you can’t fully name what’s missing. Perhaps you’re seeking clarity, meaning, or a stronger connection to your inner world.

Therapy can be a space for reflection, curiosity, and self-discovery. By turning inward, you begin to reconnect with your values, inner wisdom, and sense of wholeness.
